Veterans Treatment Courts are hybrid drug and mental health courts that seek to provide an opportunity for treatment and restoration for Veterans suffering from a substance abuse and/or mental health. These special courts combine rigorous treatment and personal accountability, with the goal of breaking the cycle of drug use and criminal behavior.
